When a guest books and pays, SAVG keeps a percentage of the accommodation — the nightly rate and any extra-guest charge. Your exact rate is shown on your owner profile and is agreed before your first listing goes live.
The cleaning fee is excluded. It is a cost you pay someone else, so taking a share of it would mean charging you for the privilege of paying your cleaner. It comes to you in full.
Guests are charged nothing extra. There is no booking fee added at checkout, which means the price on your listing is the price they pay — and that is a large part of why they book at all.
A worked example
