We take a percentage of the accommodation portion of a confirmed booking. The cleaning fee is yours in full — we do not touch it.

Block dates you are using, set peak rates and minimum stays, and link your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar so you cannot be double-booked.

What happens next

Create your listing
Register, add your place, upload photos and set your rates and house rules. It takes about twenty minutes and you can save and come back to it.

We check it
Someone reads every listing before it goes live — usually within a working day. If something needs changing we tell you exactly what, rather than rejecting it silently.

Manage your calendar
Block dates you are using yourself, set peak-season rates and minimum stays, and link your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar so you are never double-booked.

Get paid
Guests pay SAVG. A couple of days after each check-out the booking becomes payable, and we pay you by EFT with a statement showing exactly how the amount was worked out.
